The FarmSmarter app is an agri-tech decision making service aimed at smallholder farmers. 

Our primary focus is to support smallholder farmers in achieving sustainable profitable production developing regions. We are extending our development to cover sustainable farming practices and improvement of biodiversity and soil health in the UK and Europe for future additions to the FarmSmarter digital toolkit.

The FarmSmarter App's digital toolkit, results from extensive cross-disciplinary research with Universities in the UK and Nigeria and supports smallholders in adapting to climate-smart farming practices, particularly addressing inequalities in education and gender in the agriculture community.  

FarmSmarter provides propagation, soil management and weather information via an accessible interface, designed to suit farmers of all education levels. Our goal of increased productivity, profitability and resilience for smallholders comes through AI crop disease identification, prevention, and spread prediction. Crucially, GPS mapping records farm boundaries, supporting land ownership and access to finance.  FarmSmarter is building an online community of smallholders to build commercial relationships with reputable, climate-aware farm inputs, finance, and logistics suppliers.
