I have worked in agriculture for over a decade, specialising in renewable, recycled fertilisers, predominantly digestate and ash-based fertilisers. I was part of the industry group responsible for the revision of PAS110 and also carried out lobbying work in Brussels for the EU Fertilisers Regulation.
I am currently working at Drax, in our Viable Fuels and Innovation team. My role encompasses energy crops production, agricultural residues and environmental management support for the team.
Before working in agriculture I started my career as an Environment Officer with the EA, and have also done consultancy work specialising in permitting and planning for waste management facilities.
I am FACTS qualified and have been since 2010.
