Join us for an exciting day at Hampshire LEAF Demonstration Farm, Leckford Estate, where we will be delving deeper into the economic and environmental advantages of regenerative farming, looking specifically at the associated risks and rewards.

We will be joined by Nick Down, Farm Manager at LEAF Demonstration Farm, Yattendon Estate, who will be speaking about the challenges, rewards and strategic thinking around implementing regenerative farming. Ian Robertson, Head of Soil Health at Hutchinsons, will explore the environmental, financial and soil health advantages of incorporating regenerative practices and Sam Dovey, Stakeholder Engagement & Communications, Environmental Land Management Team at Defra will be outlining the current funding opportunities available under SFI for regenerative farming.

The day will involve a tour of Leckford Estate with Farm Manager, Andrew Ferguson, with an opportunity to see examples of regenerative farming in action, as well as learning more about the specific benefits at Leckford and the Estate's ambitions for the future.

The event is kindly funded by the Gerald Micklem Charitable Trust.
